"Subscription" means any paid access plan offered by Sports-IQ.

All purchases and subscriptions are final.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports-IQ operates a strict no refunds policy, including for:

• unused subscription periods
• partial months
• account termination for breach

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights.

5.1 Sports-IQ grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.

5.2 You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Content
• use the Service for commercial exploitation
• use the Content to build competing products
• reverse engineer, extract, or republish platform outputs

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• misuse the Service
• interfere with platform performance
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
• introduce malware, scripts, or harmful code
• use the Service unlawfully or abusively

Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

You are strictly prohibited from using any automated means to access the Service, including but not limited to:

• bots
• spiders
• scrapers
• crawlers
• data mining tools
• automated scripts or API-style harvesting

Any attempt to extract, replicate, monitor, or reuse Content outside normal human browsing is a material breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses, implement technical countermeasures, suspend or permanently ban accounts, pursue civil claims for damages and loss of revenue, and report conduct under applicable computer misuse and data protection laws.

All intellectual property rights in the Service and Content, including models, analytics, derived statistics, pricing data, ratings, visual tools, and site design, are owned by Sports-IQ or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to you.

The Service is provided for normal individual usage. Excessive, abusive, or unreasonable usage (as determined by us) may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination.

We may monitor usage patterns to enforce fair use limits.

We do not provide financial, betting, or investment advice.

You acknowledge that betting and trading involve risk, losses may occur, and decisions are solely your responsibility.

Sports-IQ accepts no liability for financial outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, Content will always be accurate or complete, or outputs will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports-IQ shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Subscription during that period.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in scraping or automated access, misuse the platform, or act unlawfully.

Upon termination, your licence ends immediately and you must cease all use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you wish to access platform data for commercial, research, media, or partnership purposes, you must contact us in advance for written consent.
